Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes across our Airports operations. You will work with the Cyber Defence Organisation and global stakeholders to ensure compliant, secure service delivery.

Responsibilities include governance, process maturity assessments, and collaboration with delivery teams to operationalize new cybersecurity capabilities. Hybrid work and international scope are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience designing, documenting, governing, and operationalizing processes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, TSA requirements, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes.
• Translate policies and regulatory obligations into actionable procedures.
• Establish process governance, KPIs, and compliance monitoring.
• Support onboarding and operationalization of new cybersecurity capabilities.
• Conduct process maturity assessments and drive optimization.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and security teams to ensure secure service delivery.
• Participate in incident coordination, escalation, vulnerability management, and complex investigations as needed.
