Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Management.
• Proven leadership experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on exceptional service.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Specialists.
• Provide mentorship and ongoing training to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Oversee resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
