Job summary

Arvato in Echt is launching a new customer support operation and seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join the team on-site at a brand-new campus. You will help build and optimize customer support processes from the ground up and act as the key operational contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and Power BI.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, customer support or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience with Tech 3 customers and Customer Support is considered a strong advantage.

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational customer queries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling questions regarding SLA's, transportation and customs
• Manage and maintain systems, applications and operational data
• Ensure customers and internal stakeholders have access to accurate, reliable and professionally presented information and reports
• Execute operational tasks and assignments in line with agreed service levels and business requirements
• Monitor quality standards, identify deviations and implement improvements where required
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

In this role, you will become part of the implementation of a new customer at our brand-new campus in Echt. As one of the first Customer Support Specialists on site, you will help build and optimize customer support processes from the ground up while acting as the key operational contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operational communication and delivering outstanding customer service.
