Job summary

Planet designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history. As a Customer Success Manager, Civil Government, you will manage and expand relationships with public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, helping customers integrate Planet data into workflows for environmental monitoring, emergency response, and land management.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer success or account management, a bachelor's degree, and experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or similar
• Experience supporting government organizations is a plus
• Strong communication and consultative partnering skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
• Help customers maximize value of Planet imagery and geospatial solutions
• Navigate government procurement cycles and cross-country stakeholder networks
