Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Civil Government to manage and expand relationships with public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role focuses on maximizing value from Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions within complex government environments.

About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, Civil Government, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a diverse range of public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This includes national/central governments, regional authorities, local municipalities, and key supranational organizations (e.g., Space agencies, Union bodies, and UN programmes).
You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Planet data into their workflows for critical applications such as environmental monitoring, emergency response, land management, maritime surveillance, and sustainable development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with government entities, have a solid ability to navigate highly complex and varied government structures and decision‑making processes, procurement cycles, and the ability to integrate relationships across different countries and cultures. The ability to identify and build connections between ministries, directorates, and stakeholders will be key to driving adoption and impact across government initiatives.
This is a full‑time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our London, Berlin, or Haarlem office 3 days per week.

Compensation:
The expected starting gross salary range for this role is listed below. Individual placement within this range is determined objectively based on gender‑neutral criteria such as your skills, qualifications, and professional experience. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or equity.
