Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Team Lead Electronics Assembly to manage a dedicated team of 4 while remaining hands-on with daily production. You will bridge coaching with clear goal-setting, schedule organization, and growth support, reporting to the Department Head.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Planning to keep projects running smoothly, focusing on quality, safety, and efficient operations across radar systems.

Qualifications

• MBO4 (or equivalent) in Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years in high-tech manufacturing, assembly or engineering.
• Experience leading a technical sub-team of 2–8 people.
• Strong hands-on experience with electronics and assembly.
• Familiarity with HiBob and Odoo for scheduling and hours tracking.
• Excellent communication and constructive feedback.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Daily hands-on support: soldering, assembling, testing, and calibrating electronic parts.
• Team leadership: assign daily tasks, set clear goals, and maintain workflow for 4 members.
• Planning & scheduling: organize tasks, approve timesheets, and manage leave requests.
• Coach & support: help team members grow and remove bottlenecks.
• Process improvement: ensure quality and safety standards and optimize daily operations.
