Job summary
Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to safeguard customer satisfaction by ensuring SLAs and warranties are met across our high‑tech products and services. You will be the primary post‑delivery contact and work with cross‑functional teams to align service delivery with customer goals.
You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and contribute to contract and service improvements while supporting sales renewals.
Qualifications
- BA degree or higher in related field.
- 3+ years in customer service management roles.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Experience with service management software (Jira) and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary post-delivery contact to ensure SLAs and warranties are met.
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to support business goals.
- Monitor subscriptions and plan proactive outreach to customers.
- Analyze KPIs and report performance to management.
- Register and bill any non-SLA support activities.
- Relay customer feedback to drive product improvements and contractual updates.
- Participate in audits to improve SLAs and service terms.
- Support Sales with proposals for renewals or additional services.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Account Management, and Service Engineering.
