Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Client Success & Implementation Consultant for a FinTech scale-up in Amsterdam. You will lead onboarding, gather requirements, coordinate timelines and manage enterprise client stakeholders from kick-off to go-live.

You will engage with Tier 1 banks, support workshops and testing, and help drive digital transformation initiatives in international client environments.

Qualifications

You’ll bring 2–5 years’ experience in technology consulting, software implementation or customer success.
You’ll have strong communication skills and analytical capability, plus a degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics or similar.

Client Success & Implementation Consultant – FinTech Scale-Up

A fast‑growing European FinTech is expanding its footprint across the region and is looking for a Client Success & Implementation Consultant to support major banking transformation programmes. Joining at an early stage, you’ll work directly with leading financial institutions and guide enterprise software implementations from kick‑off through to go‑live.

You’ll gain exposure to Tier 1 banks, digital transformation, AI‑led initiatives and international client environments. A structured onboarding programme, including training in Sydney, is provided.
