FiSer Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a Banking Consultant to help leading banks navigate change and delivery transformations across operations, risk, compliance and digital initiatives.

You will analyse challenges, structure practical solutions, manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams while advancing your consulting career in a growing banking practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field - or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
• Experience or strong interest in project management and delivery, change management and business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a can-do mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus, not a requirement).
• Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.

What You'll Work On:

As a Banking Consultant, you'll support transformation projects for our clients across operations, risk, compliance, finance, regulatory change and digital transformation - working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to analyse challenges, structure solutions and support implementation from start to finish.
