As a Customer Service Specialist at Peddler, you will help customers with their questions and problems, making sure every interaction comes out positively.

What you’ll do

• Answer questions and resolve customer issues related to deliveries.
• Ensure that every customer interaction ends with a smile.
• Work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues that will improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

About you

• You speak Dutch fluently and you are proficient in English.
• Problems? Pff, you only know solutions! You enjoy using your problem‑solving skills to help customers as effectively as possible.
• You are empathetic and can make customers feel heard.
• One step after the other: you are resilient and remain calm in busy situations.
