Job summary

Nordson Electronics Processing Systems in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order processing for spare parts and equipment. Qualifications

• 2+ years order processing or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 3–5 years in sales/service
• Proven skills in customer interactions with urgency and dedication to commitments
• High level of problem solving and ability to resolve transactional issues
• Strong communication skills and relationship management with stakeholders
• Experience with C4C/SAP interaction
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication from customer to sales, factory, tech support and logistics teams
• Interface with stakeholders to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions
• Process orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing for spare parts and equipment
• Generate quotes, check pricing and availability, and enter orders
• Maintain order status and planning activities; keep systems updated
• Ensure process integration with other functions and document interactions in C4C/SAP
