Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO level education and mindset for business processes.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management in a technical/production environment is preferred.
• Proven coaching/people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks.
• Maintain contact with customers, account managers, and internal departments.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure staffing and continuity within the team.
