Schneider Electric in the Netherlands seeks a Quality / Continuous Improvement professional to ensure product and service quality, drive preventive actions, and lead audits across multiple sectors. The role involves applying control plans, FMEA, and continuous improvement methods while guiding supervisors and cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to root cause analyses, manage derogations, and mentor quality staff, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and internal audit processes.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) with at least 3 years of experience in logistics or quality.
• Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies and tools, including Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, G8D / PRB, FMEA, Process Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Internal auditing knowledge and experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Mansioni

• Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA.
• Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks proactively.
• Lead Process Audits and Process FMEA.
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring training and application.
• Manage derogations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned perimeter.
• Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and resolution of quality issues.
• Participate in the Short Interval Management process of the sector.
• Provide quality input and challenge process evolution initiatives.
• Contribute to process and control capability implementation.
• Act as the local expert on assembled products within the assigned sector.
