Job summary

Dornan Group is recruiting an Electrical Quality Lead to work on a hyperscale data centre in Groningen, Netherlands. You will implement the Project Quality Plan, develop ITPs, audits and training, and manage QA documentation across electrical and mechanical installations.

You will liaise with Project Managers and the Group Quality Director to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company procedures, delivering on-time system handovers with robust QA processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in data centres or similar environments.
• Strong QA and document control experience in complex projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and QA plan development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan for each project.
• Create inspection and test plans for each discipline.
• Maintain project QA dashboard monthly.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor QA activities.
• Lead audits and document control across systems.
• Ensure handover documentation and testing completion.
