Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Quality Leader based in the Netherlands to own quality across complex international client projects involving low- and medium-voltage power distribution for data centers and critical environments.

You will work with project managers, engineering teams, factories and customers to embed quality from handover to delivery, handle non-conformities, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure adherence to customer requirements and Schneider standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Quality, QA or Customer Project Quality in engineering, electrical, power distribution or similar environments.
• Experience supporting medium to large customer projects through execution and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality planning, quality control and inspection.
• Practical experience with non-conformity management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and quality risk management.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and the commercial and operational impact of quality issues.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders including customers, engineering teams, factories and suppliers.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Quality Plan and quality strategy from handover through execution, commissioning and final delivery.
• Identify quality risks early and work with project teams to prevent issues before they impact the customer, schedule or project performance.
• Ensure customer, contractual and internal quality requirements are understood and embedded throughout project execution.
• Partner with Project Managers on complex low- and medium-voltage projects, bringing an independent quality perspective to key decisions.
• Lead management of non-conformities, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and quality improvement plans.
• Monitor project quality performance, identify trends and challenge teams where standards or customer requirements are at risk.
• Coordinate quality topics across engineering teams, factories, suppliers, partners and customers.
• Act as a trusted quality contact for customers, handling quality concerns and driving issues to resolution.
• Lead quality reviews and provide expert guidance and coaching to project teams.
