Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Sales ondersteuner die verkoopprocessen en klantencontact combineert. Je werkt nauw samen met verkoop, productie en logistiek om bestellingen van invoer tot levering te beheren en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Je bewaakt offertes en verkoopkansen, rapporteert prestaties en bouwt langdurige relaties met klanten en dealers. Een proactieve aanpak en goede talenkennis (Nederlands en Frans) zijn essentieel voor succes in deze rol.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in verkoopondersteuning, klantenservice of vergelijkbare commerciële rol.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling.
• Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
• Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding en eigenaarschap.
• In staat meerdere prioriteiten te managen in een dynamische omgeving.
• Goede analytische vaardigheden en kunnen werken met data en rapporten.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
• Kennis van ERP-systemen is een voordeel.
• Ervaring in een internationaal B2B‑klimaat is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken en controleren van offertes, verkoopdocumenten en klantcommunicatie.
• Ondersteunen van de verkoop doordat je orders van invoer tot levering bewaakt.
• Coördineren van orderafhandeling met productie, logistiek en interne afdelingen.
• Beheer van klant- en commerciële informatie in systemen.
• Ondersteunen van het salesteam met administratieve en operationele activiteiten.
• Opstellen van verkooprapportages, analyses en prestatie-updates.
• Regelmatig contact onderhoud met klanten en dealers per telefoon en e-mail.
• Opvolgen van offertes, verkoopkansen en klantverzoeken.
• Signaleren van upsell- en cross-sellkansen binnen bestaande accounts.
• Bijdragen aan lange termijn klantrelaties en klanttevredenheid actief opvolgen.
• Ondersteunen van leadgeneratie en ontwikkeling van nieuwe zakelijke kansen.
• Bijdragen aan verkoopdoelstellingen en groeidoelstellingen.

Job description

Vacaturebeschrijving In this role, you will combine sales administration with proactive customer contact. Working closely with the sales, production and logistics teams, you will ensure smooth order processing, deliver excellent service and help identify commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing quotations, sales documentation and customer correspondence.
• Processing and monitoring customer orders from entry through to delivery.
• Coordinating order fulfilment with production, logistics and other internal departments.
• Maintaining accurate customer and commercial information in company systems.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational activities.
• Preparing sales reports, analyses and performance updates.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers and dealers by phone and email, responding promptly to enquiries.
• Following up on quotations, sales opportunities and customer requests.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Building long-term customer relationships, monitoring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
• Supporting lead generation and the development of new business opportunities.
• Contributing to sales targets and business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales or a similar commercial role.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and French.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic working environment.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage.
