Munro Tailoring, Amsterdam-based fashion company, seeks an enthusiastic Customer Operations Specialist intern to join the COS team at our headquarters.

You will respond to customer inquiries, assist with returns and complaints, and help enter data into our systems while contributing to SOPs and internal content. This role offers exposure to an international, fashion-forward environment and internship compensation.

Competenze

• Enrolled in related vocational or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.

Mansioni

About The Job

• Responding to standard customer inquiries via email and phone;
• Assisting with return requests and complaint handling;
• Checking and entering customer data into our systems;

You’ll Also Bring New Energy By

• Offering fresh ideas for customer communications;
• Giving feedback on existing processes — "Why do we do it this way? Could it be improved?";

Contributing To Internal Content & Documentation

• Helping to create or update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);
• Supporting our customer satisfaction survey: setting it up, analysing responses, and sharing insights.;

Supporting the team by taking on smaller but important tasks:

• Helping with unpacking and checking incoming packages to ensure everything is in perfect order and ready for the next step.;

About You

Ideally you will be:

• You are enrolled in related study on vocational or bachelor level;
• You have a good command of English and great communication skills;
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel;
• You are eager to learn new systems;
• You can work independently and have a proactive mindset;
• You are detail-oriented;
• You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.;
