Job summary

Munro Tailoring in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic COS intern to dive into after-sales, build client relationships, and provide hands-on support in an international fashion environment.

As part of the Customer Operations Specialist team, you will handle customer inquiries, support returns, assist with data entry, and contribute to SOPs and satisfaction analysis while gaining practical experience across a fast-growing global brand.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in related study at vocational or bachelor level.
• Good command of English and clear communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Assist with returns and handling complaints.
• Enter and check customer data in our systems.
• Support SOP updates and customer satisfaction analysis.
• Unpack and check incoming packages for quality and readiness.
