Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, support sales teams, and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency while building strong relationships. Experience in sales support or customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales support, order management, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B sales tools.
• Understanding of order-to-invoice processes and pricing management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through to invoicing.
• Maintain customer accounts and product data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
