Job summary

Talantir is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Social Media to support high‑level clients across chat, email and phone. You will help clients grow across channels and assist with self-serve advertising, handling pre- and post‑sales support and resolving issues to improve usage of our platform.

The role requires fluent Dutch and strong English, plus solid computer skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch (C2).
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Basic computer skills; advanced skills like coding are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Proactive, quick learner, and able to adapt to evolving needs.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to high level clients to help them grow across chat, email and phone channels.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in online advertising.
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience.
• Identify and solve technical bugs and ad delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues timely and communicate progress; identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;


• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience;


• Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ads’ delivery issues;


• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;


• Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

What you’ll need:
