Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a Customer Center Administrator in the Netherlands, based in Woudenberg. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth order and delivery processes with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics, provide admin support for workshop and machine orders, and manage invoicing and deliveries while maintaining high administrative accuracy and proactive, solution-oriented

Qualifications

MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.
Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and excellent administrative accuracy
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with SAP and/or C4C is a plus
Good command of both Dutch and English

Responsibilities

Direct incoming calls to the right colleague.
Provide administrative support for workshop and machine orders.
Process and follow up on orders for new machines. Handle invoicing and related administrative tasks.
Plan and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their orders.
Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Service, and Logistics to provide customers with the best possible support.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure an excellent customer experience.
