As a Customer Care Representative / Tour Advisor at Boat Bike Tours, you support our guests throughout their journey with us: from their first questions and booking to their travel preparations and return home. No two days are the same. One moment you may be helping a guest with a booking question, and the next you are coordinating a last-minute change with one of our international partners. You keep an overview, set priorities and make sure our guests feel well informed and supported.
As part of our Customer Care team, you handle bookings and guest questions and work closely with colleagues and partners to find the best possible solutions.
The work is varied and sometimes fast-paced, especially during our cycling season. Your goal is always the same: making sure our guests feel well looked after throughout their journey with Boat Bike Tours.
You will join our international Customer Care team, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. We work as one team, share knowledge and help each other when things get busy. You'll also work closely with colleagues in Operations, Product, Sales and Finance.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility and feels comfortable in a dynamic international environment.
Experience in the travel industry is helpful, but just as important to us is that you are curious, eager to learn and genuinely enjoy helping people.
