Holland Elite Sports Agency seeks a Tour Manager to act as the main contact for sports teams during their stays, ensuring tours run smoothly and handling logistical challenges with a professional demeanor.

You will work with a highly international clientele and accompany group trips, coordinating with hotels, transport, venues, and activity providers. A passion for travel and sports, plus strong planning skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO level education (or higher) is required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
• Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good communication.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Meet teams at arrival at designated location.
• Coordinate with hotels, bus companies, activity providers and venues.
• Ensure teams have everything they need.
• Act as primary contact between team and partners.
• Prepare detailed program booklets for travel components.
• Frequent English communication with international clients.

Holland Elite Sports Agency specializes in organizing trips and tournaments for sports teams. We serve a very international clientele. Clubs such as Chelsea FC and Paris Saint-Germain use our services, as well as teams from the United States, Japan, and Scandinavia.

As a Tour Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the team during their stay. You will accompany them throughout the tour, ensuring that all scheduled activities run smoothly, handling any logistical challenges that may arise, and representing Holland Elite Sports Agency in a professional and friendly manner.

You will work with a highly international clientele. Our agency organizes sports tours and tournaments for teams from all over the world from top European clubs such as Chelsea FC and FC Barcelona, to youth and college teams from the United States, Japan, and Scandinavia. No two tours are ever the same, and each trip offers a unique and inspiring experience within the world of sports.

Due to the continued growth of our activities, we are looking for additional support within our Operations team. If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in international sports management and travel coordination.

Responsibilities:

• When the teams arrive, you will be waiting for them at the designated location.
• You will be in contact with all parties involved, such as hotels, bus companies, activity providers, and competition venues.
• You will ensure that the teams have everything they need.
• You will act as the primary point of contact between the team and all other parties.
• You will compile detailed program booklets for the organized travel components.
• Most of our clients come from abroad, so you will frequently communicate in English, both in writing and speaking.
• You will also accompany our group trips.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of working and thinking
• Proficient in speaking and writing Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus.
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Very meticulous in your work
• A passion for travel and/or sports is a plus
• A background in tourism is a plus but not required
• Due to peak periods in this industry, you do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and can be flexible when needed
