Job summary

Undutchables is seeking a customer support professional to service the German market and other international markets as required. The role involves processing orders, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting medical devices and software.

The ideal candidate will manage SLAs, provide timely follow-ups, and maintain thorough records both manually and electronically. This position is based in the Netherlands and offers exposure to diverse international customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from customers promptly and thoroughly
• Be responsible for the German market and, when needed, other international markets (mainly the UK)
• Enter customer orders according to provided processes and SLAs
• Respond to customers in accordance with established SLAs
• Issue return authorizations (RA’s) for repairs and credits under company guidelines
• Provide follow-up contacts to customers as needed
• Phone and email based troubleshooting of medical devices and software
• Maintain logs, records, and files manually and electronically
• Perform other duties as assigned

What will you do?
