Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Duitstalige Customer Care-representative voor Leiden/Leiderdorp. Een voltijdse functie (40 uur) in een internationale omgeving met hybride werken en volop room for growth.

Beheer van klantvragen, orders en offertes, met focus op correcte prijsstelling en heldere communicatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland en onderhoudt contact met klanten om behoeften te identificeren en passende oplossingen te bieden.

Qualifications

• Vloeiende kennis van Duits en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling.
• Minimaal mbo-diploma of hoger.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte rol.

Responsibilities

• Beantwoorden van klantvragen en verwerken van orders en offertes.
• Coördineren met interne afdelingen omtrent lopende projecten en klantverzoeken.
• Duidelijke notities maken in het systeem en leveringen volgen.

Over het werk

As a German-speaking Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate pricing, and clear communication. You work closely with colleagues both nationally and internationally to keep processes running as efficiently as possible.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a combination of working from the office and from home. You will join an international environment where there is plenty of room for training, personal development, and career growth. Your day starts by checking incoming customer inquiries and orders. You coordinate with colleagues from different departments regarding ongoing projects and handle customer requests, quotations, and complaints. Throughout the day, you are in regular contact with customers, identify their needs, provide suitable solutions, and make sure everything is accurately recorded in the system. You also monitor deliveries and follow up where necessary to ensure every process is completed successfully.
