The Kraft Heinz Company in Nijmegen is offering a Culinary R&D internship program for 6 to 7 months starting February/March 2027. You will work with a team of chefs on taste elevation projects, developing prototypes and host food applications in an industrial setting.

You will participate in daily kitchen life, supporting chefs, and gaining exposure to a wide spectrum of culinary work. EU working rights are required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
• EU working rights required (Citizenship, study in the Netherlands or student visa).
• Fluent in English; Dutch not required (CTI may require other languages).
• Strong culinary, food design, and recipe development skills.
• Experience in restaurant or the food industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen culinary capabilities through hands-on application and knowledge sharing.
• Explore culinary techniques and technologies to assess impact on products and added value.
• Apply trend and technology insights to develop MVPs and feasible culinary solutions.
• Create and refine prototypes based on project briefs and testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Innovation Team to create new products and exchange ideas.
