Job summary

Kraft Heinz Nijmegen invites a Culinary Arts student to join our R&D Kitchen for a 6–7 month internship starting Feb/March 2027. You will work with a diverse team of chefs on taste elevation projects, developing culinary techniques, and prototype recipes in an industrial setting.

You'll gain exposure to trend insights, MVP development, and cross-functional collaboration while documenting learnings for business value. EU working rights required. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at university for 50%+ of workload
• EU working rights required (citizenship, study visa or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong culinary, food design and recipe development skills required
• Interest in fast-moving consumer goods industry
• Digital communication skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen culinary capabilities through hands-on application and experimentation
• Explore specific techniques/technologies to assess impact on products and value
• Create MVPs and feasible culinary solutions based on insights
• Develop and refine prototypes from briefs and feedback
• Document recipes, prototypes, methods, results, and learnings clearly
• Collaborate with the Kraft Heinz culinary team on projects
