Job summary

ARTIC Technologies in Eindhoven develops microscale fluid control solutions for predictive preclinical models. We seek a Business Developer to identify value in pharma, biotech, CROs, and academia, translating market needs into opportunities.

You will work with our CTO and CEO, build long-term customer relationships, and help shape product strategy. The role is part-time (24 hours/week), partly remote, with travel to conferences and customer meetings in the Netherlands and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in business development within pharma/biotech/CRO/life sciences.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and validation partners in pharma, biotech, CROs, and academia.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Follow up with potential customers and turn conversations into opportunities for collaboration.
• Work with CTO/CEO to address technical questions and ensure value delivery.
• Document customer conversations, needs and opportunities for the team.
