Qualifikationen

• Completed MBO+/HBO education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting marketing activities: campaigns, content, events or educational programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing approvals.
• Digital proficiency with MS Office and CRM/event systems (e.g., Veeva).
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive stakeholder management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently and follow processes.
• Fluency in Dutch.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of integrated campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing materials and agency activities for brand alignment and compliance.
• Manage customer journey implementation with omnichannel stakeholders.
• Lead coordination of MLR submissions and approvals.
• Organize educational events, sponsorships, and accreditation processes.
• Monitor marketing operations, reporting, and order management.
