Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Marketing Services Associate to help deliver healthcare campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will build, test and deploy campaigns, manage audience segmentation and reporting, and work with clients and international delivery teams.

This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing and data, focusing on email marketing, landing pages, banners and social campaigns while maintaining accuracy, compliance and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and professional English communication skills.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, marketing automation or client service delivery.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience with email marketing and customer data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• An analytical mindset and interest in campaign performance.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Nice to Have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Experience with websites, CMS platforms, landing pages, banners or social media campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, MedTech or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Power BI, Google Analytics or similar tools.
