Qualifications

• Completed MBO+/HBO education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting marketing activities: campaigns, content, events or educational programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing approvals.
• Digital proficiency with MS Office and CRM/event systems (e.g., Veeva).
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive stakeholder management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently and follow processes.
• Fluency in Dutch.

As a Marketing Associate HP (Human Pharma), you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, coordinating campaigns, content, educational events, and customer journeys across multiple channels. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders across the CRM (Cardio Renal Metabolism) therapeutic area, you will ensure activities are delivered on time, in compliance with internal and external requirements, and with a strong focus on quality. This position is based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and reports directly to the Strategic Marketing Lead HP.

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing materials and agency activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance requirements.
• Manage customer journey implementation and collaborate with omnichannel stakeholders to drive effective engagement.
• Lead the coordination of MLR submissions and approvals, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Organize educational events, sponsorships, and accreditation processes from planning through delivery.
• Monitor and maintain marketing operations, reporting, and order management to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.

YOU BRING:

• Completed MBO+ or HBO education, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Experience supporting marketing activities and projects, including campaigns, content, events, or educational programs, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and structured approval processes, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Digital proficiency, including MS Office, ability to work with marketing, event and CRM systems (e.g. Veeva).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and follow established processes and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in the Dutch language.
