Zusammenfassung

Hunkemöller B.V. offers a Best Internship in Retail program in the Netherlands. You will learn by developing campaigns, vouchers, and loyalty initiatives to increase customer value and engagement.

You’ll support promotions, gamification efforts, and cross-team projects with E-commerce and Social, while also reporting on outcomes and working on a personal assignment aligned with your studies. You must be enrolled in an HBO/Bachelor/Master program (Marketing/Communications), be fluent in English,

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies (Marketing / Communication / New Media / Business Administration/International Business).
• Familiar with MS Office package (Word/Excel).
• Interested in Customer Loyalty & Customer Relationship Management.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Learn and contribute to campaigns & vouchers to increase value and excitement for customers.
• Support development and setup of Member actions and promotions.
• Focus on gamification for customer acquisition and engagement of existing Members.
• Develop and create win-competitions to expand prospect base and boost engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing operations for POS material and equity in communications.
• Develop follow-ups for internal and external communications regarding the loyalty program.
• Create campaigns with E-commerce and Social teams to attract new customers.
• Report on activities and results.
• Work on own assignment aligned with strategy and education and Hunkemöller.
