Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a hands-on Influencer Marketing Intern to support influencer and UGC campaigns in the Netherlands and Germany. You will liaise with the Influencer Marketing team, help manage creator partnerships, brief campaigns, track deliverables and contribute to performance reporting.

You will gain practical experience in creator relationships, campaign management and reporting while developing strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or related field, and have completed your first year of study.
• Available for 5 months starting February 2027 and enrolled at a school or university for full duration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and reach out to influencers and UGC creators across key markets.
• Support execution of influencer and UGC campaigns from briefing through reporting.
• Assist with PR seeding activities.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, including shipment tracking, content planning, go-live schedules and deliverable management.
• Create influencer briefs and support development of campaign concepts and activations.
• Review influencer content and support approval processes to align with objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage campaign administration within CreatorIQ, including onboarding, tracking and performance monitoring.
• Support influencer, ambassador and community events and activations as needed.
• Collect results, analyse performance and contribute to reporting and evaluation.
