Job summary

Hunkemöller invites students to join a Best Internship in Retail program in Hilversum. You will support loyalty initiatives, gamified campaigns, and promotions aimed at acquiring new customers and engaging current Members.

The role includes collaboration with marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams and a chance to develop your own assignment aligned with our strategy. You will work up to 40 hours per week, be enrolled full-time during the internship, and benefit from an inclusive,

• Currently enrolled in HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies in marketing/communication/new media/business administration/IB.
• Familiar with MS Office package (Word/Excel).
• Interested in Customer Loyalty & CRM.

Responsibilities

• Support development and setup of Member actions and promotions.
• Focus on gamification to drive customer acquisition and engagement of Members.
• Develop win-competitions to expand prospect base and boost engagement.
• Collaborate on POS material with marketing operations.
• Develop follow-ups for internal and external communications regarding the new loyalty program.
• Create vouchers & campaigns with teams like E-commerce and Social.

What will you do?

• Support development and set up Member actions and promotions.
• Strong focus on gamification with the purpose of customer acquisition and engagement of existing Members.
• Development and creation of win-competitions to expand our prospect base, increase sales and boost engagement.
• Joint production of POS (Point of Sale) material together with marketing operations team
• Development of follow-ups internal and external communications regarding the new loyalty program
• Development of vouchers & campaigns together with our team and other teams such as E-commerce and Social
• Development of campaigns designed to attract new customers through our channels and/or other brands' channels
• Reporting on the activities mentioned above.
• Besides this you will also get time to work on your own assignment that fits within the strategy and objectives of your education and Hunkemöller

About you!

• You are currently enrolled in an HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies (Marketing / Communication / New Media / Business Administration/International Business)
• You are familiar the MS Office package (Word/Excel)
• You are interested in Customer Loyalty & Customer Relationship Management
• You are fluent in English, other languages would be a plus, but not mandatory.
• You're available for at least 40 hours/week

• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
