Job summary

Hunkemöller offers The Best Internship in Retail with 50 interns, delivering diverse trainings such as Personal Branding and Business Innovation, plus a Dragons' Den and CEO Q&A. As a marketing internship, you will create and set up newsletters for Europe, brief design, edit copy, run Bloomreach campaigns, translate content, and analyze results.

You will work 40 hours per week, with WFH up to 2 days, and receive 450€ gross monthly.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HB0/ bachelor/ master program related to marketing, communication, or business.
• Familiar with MS Office; experience with Bloomreach CRM is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus.

About you!

• You are currently enrolled in an HBO / Bachelor / Master program (Marketing, Communication, New Media, Business Administration or similar)
• You are familiar with MS Office (Word / Excel); experience with a CRM tool such as Bloomreach is a plus
• You are comfortable communicating and writing in English; other European languages are a plus but not required
• You are available 40 hours per week
• You are open, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• You combine a creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
• You love fashion

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
