Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a CRM & Content Marketing Intern to support local marketing teams across Europe. You’ll help plan campaigns, build emails, and perform quality checks to ensure messages feel relevant and on-brand.

You’ll work with multilingual teams, learn how CRM fits into the broader marketing strategy, and gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing during a 5–6 month internship starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, content and brand communication.
• Confident in building relationships and collaborating with teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Curious, proactive and eager to gain hands-on CRM and email marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local CRM planning with Europe-wide hub marketing teams.
• Assist in bringing email campaigns to life—from planning to content, build and scheduling.
• Check all campaign elements before go-live (copy, design, links, dates).
• Maintain and update the CRM calendar to track outgoing communications.
• Support local teams with questions and ideas to keep emails on-brand and relevant.
• Learn how individual campaigns fit into the global CRM strategy.
