Job summary

MatchWornShirt in Amsterdam is offering a Marketing Intern role to support the marketing team in bringing campaigns to life, gaining exposure to campaigns, CRM and creative production.

Based in our Amsterdam office, you’ll work on multilingual localization, data analysis and CRM across markets. This full-time internship starts in February with a €500 monthly allowance and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Available for a full-time, 5–6 month internship starting in February.
• Proactive, hands-on self-starter with great attention to detail.
• Sports passion and fan culture interest.
• Experience with Google Workspace; interest in CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; extra languages are a bonus.
• EU passport holder or enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination: Write briefs, coordinate with teams and monitor campaigns.
• Creative & Brand Consistency: Help keep assets high-quality across campaigns.
• CRM Campaign Support: Assist with CRM builds and audience segmentation.
• Multilingual Campaign Localisation: Coordinate translations for markets.
• Data & Trend Exploration: Analyze opens, clicks and conversions to spot trends.
