Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is looking for a motivated intern to join our Business Marketing team, bridging product and marketing to move initiatives, track projects, and coordinate requests across co-working, membership, and M&E products.

You’ll gain real ownership from day one, shaping marketing strategy, project coordination, and stakeholder management with exposure to how a European hospitality brand runs its marketing engine.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in marketing or project coordination is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; quick to learn new tools.
• Organised and detail-oriented while keeping the big picture in view.
• Clear, direct communication; proactive in updates and follow-ups.
• Curious about hospitality and coworking brands and community building.

Responsibilities

• Provide research support to develop global strategies across the portfolio.
• Track ongoing initiatives using the project tracker and flag delays or gaps.
• Coordinate needs between product owners and marketing, translating requests into clear actions.
• Attend marketing channel updates and extract key roadmap, messaging, and timeline intel.
• Support live projects across co-working, membership, and OpenUp with checklists and trackers.
• Prepare concise materials—decks, one-pagers, status updates—that get straight to the point.
• Contribute ideas in team discussions beyond administrative tasks.
