Rabobank is seeking a Crisis Communication Officer to join the Major Incident Communication team in Utrecht. • Five years of experience in communications and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise major incidents and assess communication requirements to start actions and messages quickly.
• Create and distribute clear internal and external communications during incidents.
• Liaise with technology, business, customer care and leadership to maintain information flow and support decision-making.
• Improve crisis communication processes, tools and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations balancing speed, clarity and impact of communications.
