Moovv is scaling across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We are seeking a Creative Strategist to define how we inspire movement, crafting the creative strategy that turns our mission into a movement.

You will build the creative system for social ads, translate data into hypotheses, and develop scripts and UGC concepts that stop the scroll and drive revenue. Join a fast-growing team committed to health and moovvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Dutch or German (written & spoken).
• A blend of creative and analytical thinking.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy.
• Obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling what performs.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the creative system behind our social ads.
• Turn data into winning ads: translate insights into hypotheses and high-performing creative.
• Write high-converting scripts and UGC concepts for ads.
• Brief and elevate production: align editors for fast, high-quality delivery.
• Build scalable test and iterate frameworks for rapid learning.
