DEPT® is a Growth Invention Company operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, with aSenior Creative Strategist role in Amsterdam. You’ll work within our Creative & Media team to foster strong client relationships and growth across campaigns for clients like Netflix, Canva, and Philips.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross‑functional collaboration with Creative and Design teams, and delivering measurable outcomes for brands.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a consultative selling role in a creative agency.
• Passion for (digital) marketing with strong sales talent and client advisory ability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working on pitches for clients.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors in developing go-to-market strategies, new service propositions, and pitches.
• Build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain understanding of clients’ business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges; advise on the best communications solution.
• Attend regular meetings, video conferences, planning sessions, and evaluation reviews to ensure success criteria and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to deliver impact across channels.
