Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company with a Creative & Media team based in Amsterdam. The Senior Account Manager will nurture client relationships, grow revenue through consultative advice, and collaborate with expert Creative and Design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

You will support go-to-market strategies, pitches, and client partnerships, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a consultative selling role in a creative agency.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors in developing go-to-market strategies and pitches.
• Convince clients to work with us and build solid client relationships.
• Maintain understanding of clients’ business, strategies, and brand to advise on communications solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients through meetings, calls, and reviews.
• Ensure projects meet success criteria, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the team to test creatives across client channels.
