DEPT® is a Growth Invention company blending marketing and technology, based in Amsterdam. The Senior Creative Strategist will join our Creative & Media team to drive growth for clients through storytelling and data-driven strategies.

You will work with creative and account teams to develop go-to-market plans, pitches, and trusted client partnerships. The role requires 4–6 years in consultative selling in a creative agency, fluent English, and preferably Dutch, with a hybrid work setting in

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in a consultative selling role in a creative agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and ability to advise clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors in developing go-to-market strategies and pitches.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser.
• Ensure projects meet goals, timelines and budgets; test creatives across channels.
