Ferilli’s Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Parti to lead our Italian kitchen and uphold the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will ensure exceptional quality and consistent plating across seasonal menus.

You will work with a passionate team to craft authentic Italian dishes, mentor junior cooks, and enforce strict food safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Chef de Parti in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality.

• Execute innovative and authentic Italian menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity
