Job summary

Acture Labs is seeking a Tech Recruiter to build talent pools, map the labor market, and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies within an international scale-up environment. You will develop data-driven approaches for sustainable quality and contribute to Acture’s growth and recruitment professionalization.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for complex roles, conducting interviews/assessments, and translating insights into process improvements, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tech recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment or recruitment agency.
• Experience with assessments is considered a plus.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior management, with strong organizational awareness.
• Experience advising on recruitment strategies and labor market developments.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate recruitment data and labor market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Results-oriented, independent, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

As a Tech Recruiter at Acture Labs

As a Tech Recruiter, you understand that successful tech recruitment is about more than filling vacancies. You will build talent pools, map the labor market, advise hiring managers on feasibility and positioning, and actively contribute ideas on how to attract the right people on a structural basis.

You will have the opportunity to develop a recruitment approach that fits an international scale-up environment: data-driven, proactive, and focused on sustainable quality. In doing so, you will directly contribute to the growth of Acture Labs and the further professionalization of recruitment within Acture.
