Do you enjoy working in a role where logistics, planning, and personnel coordination come together? Would you like to work in the world of outdoor advertising, and are you also willing to work alongside the team? Then come work as a Logistics Coordinator at Centercom!
For over 25 years, Centercom Buitenreclame has been the expert in outdoor advertising. With no fewer than 33,356 billboards spread across 125 municipalities in the Netherlands and a growing digital network, we reach millions of people every week. Our advertising spaces can be found on the street, in public spaces, and in hospitality establishments. We believe in the power of visibility and ensure that our clients reach the right target audience at the right time.
Your role is very important. Together with the branch managers of the depots in Weesp and Dordrecht, as well as the Service Employees, you ensure that the posters are changed perfectly every day. Among other things, you monitor that the correct posters arrive from the printing plant, that the schedules are executed, and that the Service Employees drive the correct routes. You can track this in the system. Naturally, you collaborate with the Service Employees in a coaching and supportive manner.
You work primarily from the depot in Weesp, but you are also available to work there in the absence of the branch manager in Dordrecht. Approximately 15 employees work at both depots.
For this job, it is important that you start your workday on time every day (around 6:00 AM). The Service Employees also start on time, and you are their first point of contact. In this role, it is important that you, as coordinator, always keep your work in order so that the employees can perform their tasks effectively. We value support and motivational coaching. Experience managing personnel in a logistics environment is highly important to us. You must also be proficient with computers, including Excel. A Class B driver's license is required, as you will sometimes be on the road yourself to change posters.
