Carrière Uitzendbureau zoekt voor een professionele logistieke operatie in Soesterberg naar een ervaren Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator. Je coördineert dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en fungeert als schakel tussen magazijn, teamleiders, management en chauffeurs.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst (05:00–14:00, 14:15–23:15) en hebt direct uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling met een aantrekkelijke salariëring en dito secundaire voorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en kennis van logistieke processen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte houding.
• Flexibel en kan omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
• Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (05:00–14:00 en 14:15–23:15).
• Vereiste: eigen vervoer.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een sterke pré.

Join a professional logistics team in Soesterberg as a Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator. We are looking for an experienced, motivated candidate who is comfortable coordinating daily operations and working in a 2-shift system. Immediate start available, with a salary scale E5 and attractive employment conditions.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator for a professional logistics operation in Soesterberg.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities and ensuring that the operational process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the link between warehouse employees, team leaders, management, and drivers.

Your responsibilities will include planning and distributing daily tasks, monitoring order picking and other logistics activities, solving operational issues, maintaining accurate administration, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 05:00 – 14:00
• 14:15 – 23:15

Immediate start available.
