Booston BV zoekt een ervaren Logistics Process Coordinator/Operator voor een professionele logistieke operatie in Soesterberg. Je coördineert dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten, fungeert als schakel tussen magazijn, teamleiders en chauffeurs en bewaakt de operationele efficiëntie.

De rol vereist ervaring in logistiek, goede communicatie in Engels of Nederlands en bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in een dynamische omgeving. Een start op korte termijn is mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en kennis van logistieke processen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte houding.
• Flexibel en goed in het omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en snel kunnen schakelen.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (05:00–14:00; 14:15–23:15).
• Zelf vervoer vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een sterke pré.
• Gemotiveerd, verantwoordelijk en toegewijd aan het werk.
• Prettig in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren van dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en operationele processen in de 2-ploegendienst.
• Functie als schakel tussen magazijnpersoneel, teamleiders, management en chauffeurs.
• Plannen en verdelen van dagelijkse taken; toezicht op orderpicking en logistieke activiteiten.
• Oplossen van operationele problemen en bijhouden van administratie.
• Identificeren van procesverbeteringen en implementeren waar mogelijk.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated candidate who is comfortable coordinating daily operations and working in a 2-shift system. Immediate start available, with a salary scale E5 and attractive employment conditions.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator for a professional logistics operation in Soesterberg.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities and ensuring that the operational process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the link between warehouse employees, team leaders, management, and drivers.

Your responsibilities will include planning and distributing daily tasks, monitoring order picking and other logistics activities, solving operational issues, maintaining accurate administration, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 05:00 – 14:00

• 14:15 – 23:15

Immediate start available.
