Job summary

NH City Centre Amsterdam is seeking a Cook to plan, prepare and cook buffets and à la carte dishes in a busy hotel kitchen. You will work independently or in a team, manage daily activities, order ingredients and ensure health and safety standards.

You should have prior experience in a restaurant or hotel, a good command of English, and Dutch is an advantage. The role offers training, a potential end-of-year bonus, staff rates, and growth opportunities within Minor Hotels.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Cook you work independently or in a team and you are responsible for the preparation of dishes according to hotel recipes or according to your own recipes. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You follow the health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. Are you stress resilient, and do you have relevant work experience?
