NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cook for its The Netherlands properties. You will prepare dishes for buffets and à la carte menus, manage daily prep and stock, and maintain cleanliness and safety in your workstation. The role requires independence, teamwork, and guest-focused service.

Fluent English is needed; Dutch is a plus. Experience in hospitality kitchens is preferred, and opportunities to grow within Minor Hotels across regions are offered.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte business.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Cook you work independently or in a team and you are responsible for the preparation of dishes according to hotel recipes or according to your own recipes. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You follow the health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. Are you stress resilient, and do you have relevant work experience?
